Booking, front desk, till and café, adapted to clinical Pilates and set in ONELIFE's own design system.

Greenjacket Sports & Socials books its bays, runs its front desk, settles every bill and serves its bar on this platform. Nothing that follows is a concept.

The booking flow is already rebuilt in ONELIFE's design system as a working demo.
The theme swap is the small part. The engine underneath is what you are getting.
The demo is screens only today. This proposal connects it to the real system.

Six studios, a live date rail, and a slot list that names the Movement Clinician and their level.
Slots that are nearly full say so. Full ones cannot be tapped.

Open seats update on every screen the moment someone books.
A seat locks the instant it is claimed, before the database even writes it.
A branded email lands in the member's inbox with a reply address your team actually reads.
The same flow runs inside your website, your app, and from a link in an Instagram bio, opening straight to the right studio.
Pregnancy, recent injury and reminder preferences are captured before the first visit.

The real time grid members use today: open, extend, too short, booked, all updating live.
The same grid becomes a class board for ONELIFE.

Arrived and departed stamps make attendance and no-shows a report, not a memory.
Move, extend or cancel a session. Cancelling a paid one asks a manager and warns that cancel is not refund.
Record a walk-in or a session that already happened, flagged so it never looks like a normal booking.

Class, smoothie bar and retail settle on one receipt, with the discipline of a real cash register.
Cash, GCash, bank transfer or card, and a bill can be split across them to the exact peso.
A photo of the GCash screen or receipt is required before the settle button works.
Voids reverse the class, the café order and any credits used, and only with a manager's PIN.
End of day: collected by method, discounts, still unpaid, missing receipts, and a one-button close-out with a CSV export.
Class packs and monthly plans live as prepaid balances the till redeems automatically.
A 10-session Reformer pack is ten sessions of that class, whatever its price is later.
Unlimited-monthly members get an allowance that resets on the clock, never by a job that can be missed.
The balance is always the sum of the ledger. A failed write can never leave a wrong number.

Front-desk and manager roles, PINs, and a record of who settled, voided or cancelled every transaction.
Front desk can sell and settle. Managers set prices, grant packages and approve reversals.
Five wrong tries locks the account for fifteen minutes. A manager unlocks it.
A manager enters their PIN once, on the staff member's screen, to approve one action.
If the counter is ever in chaos, one setting returns both systems to a simple shared key in two minutes, keeping all data.

Clients order from their phone, the counter works a live board, and the till already knows the order is theirs.
A menu by category with live status. Sold-out items disappear for clients and stay visible for staff.
New, preparing, delivered. A chime and a flashing tab when an order comes in.
The 20% discount and VAT exemption under RA 9994 and RA 10754 are computed per line, with the ID number kept for the BIR ledger.
Tabs can be split so two friends each pay for their own drinks, and a bill refreshes itself if a round is added.

The guest menu as it runs tonight: categories, live prices, a cart, and an order code to track.
For ONELIFE this becomes the smoothie bar and Grippies retail, ordered from the mat.

Business schema with hours and locations, a sitemap, and analytics that load only when you say so.
Every call to action deep-links into the booking flow.
The privacy policy and data-deletion pages the app stores require.
The iOS and Android app wraps the live booking flow, so it never lags behind the website.
Icons, splash screens, screenshots for five device sizes and the upload itself are scripted.
Push notifications are not built yet; the shell is ready for them.
